I missed Stellastarr* on Carson. Did anyone capture it to computer? (Thanks for trying to tape it anyway, Steph..) I've been listening to their EP a lot. It's like power-pop-rock (sort of a la Ash) but with so many different sounds from both the 80s and 90s and beyond coming together. Especially Pixies.

I don't know if you read this Ryan Adams diary shite on Miss Modernage's website... but i recommend at least one entry. Guy is an unknowing comical genius.

Zack and I have also been thinking about doing a show just out of his basement or something. Like for our friends, but the more people the better probably... just cause it's better than no shows. We'll see...

And I gotta buy YYYs tickets. I cannot stop listening to them, I swear. And someone has to get me into the Rapture when they play. Seriously. Like how many people in Chicago can even like them? Maybe that's why they're playing on a Tuesday... oh crap like the Realistics and MS this week. Gotta get on that shit.

It's funny how blogging for a while gives you a certain perspective on things. I mean, really, it doesn't, except that Radiohead news comes in cycles. They're doing the whole undercover investigation deal to see who leaked their album... and they're gonna play Field Day in NY. someone get me out there
