EASY BLOG LOVE

Actual blogging today, don't ask why.

Pitchfork reviews the debut single on DFA from Shit Robot. I've only heard the b-side but it's great. You can stream both at his MySpace page. Also, details on the first DFA remix comp. Haven't seen that press release yet. Also check his guest blog over at the Juan Maclean's MySpace. Lay off Juan, man.

MSTRKRFT have their first video up for their first original single, "Easy Love". Good track, good video. It was even posted at Fleshbot, of all places (gives you an idea of its content). Check it out at their MySpace.

Also, the press fiends at Vice Recordings have started a (gasp) mp3 blog. Head over there to grab MSTRKRFT's decent, albeit predictable, remix of Bloc Party's "Two More Years".

Liars are on tour. Unfortunately, no mpls date scheduled yet. Definitely one of my favorite live acts, so I hope that changes.

Lifehacker has a guide up to ripping your vinyl to mp3.

The Futureheads have released a few details about their upcoming second album.

Via MM, Jack White's littlest fan.

Arctic Monkeys are profiled in the Times today. You know you're hyped when you have an article written about your hype.

Pandas do it better.

Franz Ferdinand talks to... Gorillaz. The Ferd also have a new video out for their latest single, the excellent track "The Fallen". It doesn't even compare to the fantastic clip for "Do You Want To", but that's probably because they released a different single in the UK.

Village Voice interviews Diplo about MIA and more.

Help me get a free iPod nano. This actually works, and you don't have to spend any money. E-mail me if you have any questions.

Catch these and more at my del.icio.us feed.
