DRUM'S NOT BREAD

Dear readers and robots (with music), listen to what I have to say. But take heed, for the following tale is a harrowing adventure of blood, lust, and drums, and not meant for the young or the weak at heart.

Months ago, a group of me and my closest fellows ventured out into the wild to discover what evil lurks in the darkness of the natural world. After reaching the Isle of Internet Promotion, we started our journey to the top of Mt. Heart Attack. Treacherous trechery ensued us the entire way, but we made it to the top.

Low and behold, a drum sat at the top of the wicked mountain. Long overdue for our daily aerobic exercise routine, we beat that drum and danced ourselves silly. We really beat the crap out of Drum. So much so, that Drum summoned his evil companions, known as LIARS, to chase us back down the summit of Mt. Heart Attack and off of the Isle of Interent Promotion forever.

What follows is the video footage from said journey. Beware:

"A Visit from Drum (By Your Side)" - [wmv] [real]

"Let's not wrestle mt Heart Attack (Drum's not Bread)" - [wmv] [real]

If you desire to learn more, please venture to yesterday's post at music (for robots), which features more videos (one is also "A Visit From Drum", but has a different director). And, if you dare, visit Yeti Don't Dance tomorrow for more installments of this gruesome tail.

i love that like a month or so ago you were complaining about how all music blogs post the same exact crap from maketing companies.

and then instead actually making your blog different you became the voice for the marketing companies and started posting all the same shit everybody else is posting...

lame!!!

Well, if these are the kind of things marketers would like to be written, then hats off to Marketing. I still think SovietPanda is one of the best indie blogs around the world. The proof? We italians read it quite every day to keep updated with the US music scene. Cheers
