My friends Naughty Wood and James are putting on a sick late-night event in downtown Minneapolis this Friday night. Don't be frightened by the event space; it's at the same great studio we threw our crazy New Year's party, and it's not hard to find. Nancy Fortune will be the special guest DJ. I recently came across her album Crystallised, out on Clone, and it's a really great fusion of new- and old-school electro and Italo. This is a really exciting, refreshing event, and I'm definitely looking forward to it. Get all the appropriate information at the Facebook event page.
