Eli Escobar is a DJ with impeccable taste, solid edits, a fantastic, long-running blog, and a growing producer to boot. His last single "Glass House" took a bit to grow on me, but I have since purchased the 12", play it regularly, and really love the record. His new Love Thing EP is out now, and while I'm not instantly loving it, I'm going to assume it's a grower too, and will wait until I play it out to judge. I'm hesitant to mention that guest vocals come from Amanda Blank... check out an interview with Escobar and clips from the new EP below.
