On MetaCritic, Lorreta Lynn's new album, Van Lear Rose, has 98. That's the highest score... ever. Anyone heard it?

Also, WTF is up with Blogger? Yes, Blogger, you graciously presented me with a gmail account. But man, you're freaking me out.

Ok, WTF?! The Cure is touring with The Rapture. I had heard about this before, but it's still weird. It's like Joy Division miraculously rising from the dead... to bring Interpol on tour (who will be opening for The Cure as well).

Ok, wait, no. It's weirder than that. The Cure is taking a FESTIVAL on tour. The first stage is The Cure, Interpol, The Rapture, and ... Mogwai? And the second stage alternates the likes of Muse, The Cooper Temple Clause, Auf Der Maur, and Cursive. WTF?!?!?! I'd go and leave before the Cure.

And this one goes in the Ryan Adams section of WTF (which is already huge): did you know he released Love is Hell as a full album now? WTF?!?! So many people who bought the EPs are undoubtedly pissed. Strangely enough, AMG gave it 4 stars.
