Saturday Night Live - She played "Promiscuous" with Timbaland (or if you're Kevin Spacey, "Timberland") and "Maneater".
Watching these performances makes the songs come off as more rap oriented than song oriented. Makes you wonder what records they had in mind while making these (or if Timbo liked the last Robyn record). I like the use of live drums, and Nelly and Timbaland actually had some good chemistry on stage. Overall, not as stunning as listening to the studio versions of the singles, but the performances could've been a lot worse.
"Maneater (Extended Mix)" - Standard video fare, except for NF gyrating in a wifebeater in front of nothing but giant flames. Cheesy but badass, and not in enough rap videos. When I make my rap videos, I will ONLY appear in front of giant flames. This edit of the song has a strange outro attached to it; I don't think I have this release and I wonder if it'll show up anywhere besides the video.
Charmed Maneater - This is a video comprised of clips from TNT reruns of Charmed set to "Maneater". It is hilarious. I can't believe someone took the time to make this.
"Promiscuous" - Pretty much the same concept as the video for "Maneater", with less fire and more Timbaland and cell phones. Notable for the brief clips of Nelly and Timbo trading between a mic and a drumset. Awww, as if Timbaland played live drums (...does he?).
"Get Ur Freak On" live on Last Call - Wow... this is an old clip of Nelly performing an "acoustic" version of "Get Ur Freak On" in a major key, and I think with some changed lyrics. I wonder if this was before or after her meeting Timbaland, and if it had anything to do with that. I'm not sure what to make of this yet.
